Training and Experience

After breezing through the preliminary training, he undertook a Fellowship in Aesthetic surgery & Cosmetic Laser Surgery from an Institute that has the honour of conducting the highest number of Cosmetic surgeries in India & is the largest Laser Surgery centre in India. It was here at one of the very loci of surgical expertise in India that Dr Sumit Agrawal learned about and grew proficient at Cosmetic Surgery. He has done M.R.C.S. from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (U.K.). He is an active member of the College. After completing his basic training in India, Dr Agrawal went to University of Texas (UT) Southwestern Medical centre, the USA where he mastered his skills in Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr Agrawal learned fine skills in Rhinoplasty & Aesthetic Facial Surgery under Dr Rod J Rohrich, MD Chairman & Professor at the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr Rohrich is a world renowned Plastic Surgeon with expertise in several fields of Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery and it was under his guidance that Dr Agrawal was exposed to the Endoscopic Brow Lift, Short Scar Facelift, Full face Fat Grafting (Rejuvenation). Dr Sumit Agrawal mastered his skills in Body Contouring under Dr Jeffrey Kenkel, MD Professor at the Department of Plastic Surgery. Dr Kenkel is world famous for his work in Body contouring after Bariatric Surgery, for which he was later elected the President of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery(ASAPS).
