Yes! They actually help in tightening your face skin and you will look much younger, in this article, we will cover all the face emoji exercises.
The Grinning Face:
This face exercise will help you in stretching your jaw and cheek mussels.
How to do it:
Just follow the emoji, open your mouth as if you are smiling with only upper teeth visible and open your eyes wide. Stay in the same position for 10 seconds and repeat the same exercise three times.
The Beaming Face with Smiling Eyes:
This face exercise will help you stretch the jaw and cheek mussels further in addition to this, smiling eyes will help you in toning up the skin wrinkles below your eyes, we often term them as dark eye patches.
How to do it:
Like the emoji. Think as if you have to pose for a photograph, say cheese! And hold your cheese pose for at least 10 seconds for three times.

How to do it:
Open your mouth as wide as you can and hold the same posture for 10 seconds. you can repeat the same exercise three times.
The Cheeky face
This exercise will help you exercise the overall face mussels.
How to do it:
Inhale deeply as much as you can, now close your mouth tightly and exhale the air in your mouth, but don’t let it go outside, now push the air inside your mouth from one side to the other, repeat the same steps for at least 10 to 20 times.
All the exercises mentioned above will help you in tightening your facial skin and will make you look younger. The standards number of sets for each exercise is three and time period is 10 seconds, but in case if you think you can handle more you can increase the sets to 5 and increase the time to 18 to 20 seconds.
